This website is operated by HAYEN PTE. LTD., UEN 202641004D, Singapore. It introduces our software and offers guided product examples. These terms explain permitted website use; any paid product or customer deployment requires a separate written agreement.

Examples and enquiries

Industry conversations, business hours, prices, availability, customer names and Command records are fictional examples. Interactions do not book, cancel or reschedule real appointments, contact customers or notify staff. A simulated confirmation is not a booking confirmation.

Request a Demo and Contact forms submit an enquiry to HAYEN. A received request does not reserve an appointment, create a paid contract or guarantee a response within a particular time. Product availability, pricing, integrations and deployment scope must be agreed separately. A demo does not guarantee production behaviour or outcomes.

Responsible use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt availability, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or submit information you do not have permission to use. Do not enter confidential customer data into the public demo. We may restrict abusive access to protect the service.

Human and clinical judgment

The website is not professional medical, legal or financial advice. Dental and clinic examples are limited to administrative support. Clinical questions and decisions belong with qualified professionals; emergencies should be handled through the appropriate emergency service, not this website.

Intellectual property

HAYEN branding, the Hayen character, website designs and original materials are owned by HAYEN or used with permission. You may view the site and share its public links. This does not grant rights to reuse the character, branding or software commercially. Rights in third-party materials remain with their owners.

External links have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not imply a partnership or endorsement. We take reasonable care with website information, but it may change or contain errors. Availability is not guaranteed and we may update or suspend site features.
